Village of Milford Fire Department will be on-site to inspect each and every concession unit/booth/tent and its area for Fire Safety.All heat elements must be located out of reach of public.Water must be contained, and cannot create any outside accumulation. Vendors will be responsible for all waste water. Vendors will supply proper sanitary marine hose in good, non-leaking conditions, connections and valves.All generators used or needed must be noted on your application and must be able to meet Milford Memories Generator specifications. You will be responsible for all electrical cords leaving your unit, covering them securely with electrical tape. Vendor will supply proper power cords, subject to the Milford Memories electrician’s approval.Vendors may choose to stay open later to accommodate Beer Tent traffic on Friday and Saturday ![]() Vendors must be open for business from the start of the art show, until closing time each day.Milford Memories Summer Festival does not guarantee exclusivity of menu items sold at the festival.Vendors must park in the designated areas only. You must setup within the allotted time period only. Once assigned, location movement will not be permitted. Past participation does not guarantee future space. Milford Memories Summer Festival will assign your location.Any food or concession items not detailed in menu will not be permitted to be sold during the festival. Vendor must provide a menu with pricing, a food picture if available and a picture of the concession unit coming to Milford Memories.Along with this application you must provide a valid certificate of liability insurance, naming Milford Memories Summer Festival and The Huron Valley Chamber of Commerce as additional insured, minimum of $100,000.Can be reached at 24 regarding any Health Dept. Failure to supply health permit can result in termination without refund. All food vendors must display a valid Oakland County Health Department permit.If your application is not accepted, you will receive written notification and your check will be returned. You will receive written notification of your application status by May 25, 2023.A fully executed application, including all required documents and food vendor fees must be received by Milford Memories Summer Festival by May 1, 2023. ![]()
